I have a long conversation till last week I could able to see the chat and it was working properly. Suddenly, it started showing that “The Conversation is too long, Start a new one” . It is not even loading the conversation anymore. I tried every combination to get that conversation back but did not work.
- Upgraded my plan
- Changed browser and even tried with incognito
- Restarted my laptop
- Cleares browsing data.
- Even tried with deep research to extract the questions from the chat.
I don’t want to have more conversations in that single chat but at least it should allow me to read through it.
This is huge bug to fix.

Just to clarify, have you also tried opening the same conversation in the iOS/Android app or only on web?
I’d also recommend to check out the Related topics below, if there might be matching issue or/and solutions.
I tried all the options available to me but nothing worked for me. Before I posted here, I went through all those link but those also did not help.
In that case I’d recommend you to contact support through Help and open a support case (if you already haven’t).
