So I can’t upgrade to the pro model, or even unsubscribe using the website nor the app, I tried from my phone, and two of my computers , disabled all adblockers but nothing worked. I tried unsubscribing through Google Play Store and then upgrading to the pro, but I still didn’t manage to upgrade.
This is the message it writes. Anyone else got that problem?
Same problem, I tried with 3 different cards, none of them seem to work.
I am also unable to upgrade. I don’t want to spend $200/month but I’m deep into a project and started getting hit with limits on my plus account today. I have been using for 2-3 hours/day or more sometimes and I need to complete my project. Now I am stuck. Very frustrating.
It’s absurd that open AI hasn’t fixed this but it’s a Google play subscription Upgrade issue. Google play is not facilitated for subscription updates. Wait until your subscription expires and then try again. But also open AI is probably losing millions of dollars and it’s amazing. They have not fixed this.
