We are one of the internet services provider in malaysia, from our network cannot access your webpage, we been contact you chat bot, support for more then 3 weeks, yet we get any response or support from OpenAI, the response is extremely slow. I was wondering are you guys are the legit organization or not.

At the end I can say, Open AI is really a bad organization which do not look into the support issues facing by customer.
lousy organization without any professional support. Please look into the support services.
I been report this case for more then 8 days, no any representative from open AI response to me.
