I am experiencing a bug in ChatGPT that is preventing me from doing work. In an effort to resolve this, I am unable to create a support ticket, report a bug, or talk to a human. ChatGPT is giving me specific instructions on how to contact support and/or report a bug. When I access the help bubble in the lower right, and search for “support” or “report a bug” it gives me a list of articles (none of which help). The top article is “how to report a bug”. The instructions are to access the help bubble in the lower right and report a bug, which in turn gives me articles that don’t help. Does ChatGPT give you NO OPTIONS to solve issues for paid memberships?
