# Cannot click on links, ever

I’m never able to click on the links provided by chatgpt. For some reason, the UI is not rendering them properly

Here is an example

It doesn’t matter what format I ask, they are nicely colored, but not clickable. Why?

I can not reproduce your problem using ChatGPT Plus with the Windows Desktop app. 🤷‍♂️

I tried this prompt

> List a few Wikipedia pages about math.

Both with `Web Search` in setting on and off. For on I get nice looking icons to click, for off I get the URL as blue text but still works.

This is my experience. Links never work.

I don’t understand how it works for some people and not others but it drives me mad.

Same problem, it’s actually a joke. I’ve tried everything. You’d think they’d have addressed this in an update. No links are ever clickable in the Desktop app on map! Please fix this OpenAi!

does not work for me on macOS.
