If I try to archive a project the Platform UI replies with “Error archiving project, try again”. If I try to change name or disable API I get “Project not found” (the API returns 404).
This is very annoying since it forces me to leave API keys active for projects I don’t want to have in my dashboard.
I can confirm that i’m getting the same error. I also have a project I have not archived, which is apparently archived, which says “Archived at: Invalid DateTime” (which is why I was trying to create a new one to test if that worked). My use case is trying to get ChatKit working as it says it’s blocked despite my domain being in the whitelisted domains. I figured I would try a fresh project but they are all “Project not found”. Help with this issue would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I can confirm this functionality is currently not working and have pinged staff about it.
Question:
You should be able to revoke the API keys regardless and especially if the intention is not to use these projects. What is the concern stopping you?
@KindredSoul I think the error message is misleading in the sense that the projects are really not archived but can’t be archived either.
Edit: I was likely mistaken. See the report below with another description of this issue.
My project appears simultaneously under both the Active and Archive tabs in organization > projects.
However, in the Archive tab:
The archived by field is empty
The archived at field shows Invalid DateTime
This suggests the project may be stuck in an inconsistent or corrupted state.
Observed issues:
When I try to invite members to this project, I get the error: “Attempted to invite user to non-existent or archived project.”
When I open the project under the Active tab and attempt to edit and save it, I get: “Project not found”
It seems this project has been unintentionally placed into a broken state where it is both active and archived.
How can I resolve or recover this project?
Yesterday, whenever I tried to create a project, I was getting a black screen. After a few hours, I saw many duplicates of the same project name. I don’t even know which one my API key is associated with. When I try to archive the duplicates, the error “Error archiving project” appears.
