Hi! It hasn’t been happening to me before but a few days ago, when the user interrupts the realtime api model and my backend sends the response.cancel event (to then perform the conversation.item.truncate) the api responds with the following message: “Cancellation failed: some active responses could not be cancelled”. What does it mean that you cannot cancel the response?
