For example, if I make a Fine Tuned model to do X within my OpenAI account, is it possible to share this model so somebody else could use it, without giving them access to my account? I figured you could wrap it in an API, but probably violates TOS? Is there an easier way?

I’m pretty sure you can share it via API if less than 5 people are going to have access. Otherwise, you cannot share models between different accounts, but it is a feature that they are looking at. I’ve asked the help chat a similar question
