I’m unable to access the OpenAI Platform billing dashboard at https://platform.openai.com/account/billing or add credits.
Every attempt to log in redirects to the “Oops! We ran into an issue while authenticating you” error page. This means I can’t top up credits, view usage, or generate a new API key with billing enabled.
Steps I’ve already tried:
- Cleared cookies & cache for openai.com
- Used incognito/private windows
- Tried different browsers and devices
- Logged in directly via https://platform.openai.com/login instead of ChatGPT
- Tried both Google SSO and email login
Nothing works — the authentication loop persists.

- Urgency: My agents are returning 429 quota errors because I can’t add credits.
- Need: Billing access restored or manual credit addition.
