Can I refrence information explained in other presets?

If I have a character that takes a lot of tokens to explain, can I make a new preset with that character’s discription in it and then refrence them from a different preset?

For example, if I have a preset called “bank” and there’s a character named “bob” with a long discription, can I refrence bob from a different preset?

If I understood the question correctly, then fine tuning is the solution. You can give it multiple answers referring to the existence of Bob, and the AI gets it. It may not be accurate, but it’s like making a chuck norris joke without knowing who Chuck Norris is.
