Hi everyone! I’m using ChatGPT 1.0 Pro for document analysis. Does it support directly uploading and reading PDFs, or do I need another workaround? Thanks for any tips!
I’m exactly with the same doubt, when I just did the upgrade to the pro it let me upload files and was reading very good, but after a few weeks later ChatGPT didn’t let me to upload a pdf file. It is very frustrating because I have a long conversation by email through customer support and they say it only accept to upload pictures files but it worked with me at the beginning with pdfs and now it doesn’t work but he people of customer support doesn’t understand that and they are not well trained to do a proper follow up for this type of cases. Finally the reason why I did the upgrade to pro was to analyze documents…. So I’m considering go back to plus version
