I am encountering an issue where I receive the error message:
“You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details.”
even though this is my first time using the API, and my credit balance is full.
Here are the details of my situation:
- This is the first API call on this key.
- I have sufficient credits ($10 remaining).
- I have created a new API key and waited 1-2 days before testing again.
- My usage shows that I still have available quota.
- My project has access to GPT-4o and no custom rate limits have been set.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?
