For new chats I’m sometimes unable to set new selections on model effort, maybe due to UI cacheing. I see gpt-5.5 Medium and when I try to select Extra High it immediately resets to Medium.
Current workaround is to send a message, stop it immediately, change my preferences and send the same message again.
