Business and individual verification succeeded, but cannot select Identity from dropdown

Business Developer Identity has been approved, but Identity Selection Dropdown is blocked/greyed out and therefore I cannot select my Identity. The two pages are not in sync.

This is not the same topic: I CANNOT select ANY option in the identity dropdown, this is a net-new issue.

I am not blocked, I am not having trouble verifying, I am unable to click the dropdown.
