I’m now getting this bug since several days on my account:

What can I do to fix it?
Open AI switches off user’s access to make resources available for other users.
For example, I pay AUD$35 for access to GPT for 1 month.
Open AI thinks that means I am paying AUD$35 for access to GPT between the local hours of 9am and 5pm.
I assure Open AI, that is not what I am ******* paying for.
They don’t communicate it with anyone and make it as difficult to report as possible, but what they are essentially doing is taking the resources you already rented off them and renting them to somebody else while you are still trying to use them.
