Hi Support Team,I am writing to report a critical issue regarding my available banked resets.Yesterday, my usage level was at approximately 45%, and I had 3 banked resets available on my account. Today, when I checked my dashboard, I noticed that my usage limit was automatically restored to 100%, but my banked resets were unexpectedly consumed without any action or interaction on my part. I am now left with only 1 available reset.This seems to be an automated system error or a known reconciliation bug, as I did not trigger or request any reset manually.Could you please investigate this unexpected consumption and restore the banked resets that were wrongly deducted from my account?Thank you for your assistance.Best regards,
