# \[Bug\]\[OpenAI Dashboard\] No eligible models available error

Hello, how are you?

I’m unable to select models for my prompts in my OpenAI account Dashboard. When I click the “Select…” button, I get the message `“No results found.”` and on the left there’s a warning emoji with the message `“No eligible models available”`.

My account has a verified phone number, credits, all previous invoices paid, and it’s on tier 3.

What could be happening?
