Just update the chrome to latest version, i got it resolved by updating chrome version from 103 to 131

Quick workaround to fix scroll issue:

  1. Open your chat on chatgpt.

  2. Click “Share” in the top right corner on the left side of your profile avatar.

  3. Click “Update link,” “Copy Link,” or “Provide link,” depending on your chat’s current condition. This should copy a shareable link onto your clipboard.

  4. Paste your link into the URL and press Enter. You are now viewing your chat you shared with yourself. This fixed the scroll issue for me.

  1. Highlight a portion of your chat. This highlight can be just a word.

  2. Use the Shift+Ctrl and arrow keys to move your highlights up and down through the text.

Hi Craig1111, It doesn’t work for me anymore since today, it says: This is a copy of a conversation between ChatGPT and an anonymous user.
Some other solution?

It stopped working for me today as well. Now I just stick to the highlighting the text and using the arrow keys to move up and down the text. It does work on my other device though.

OpenAi is just the worse. They literally fixed the work around.

Just ask chat gpt for help if you can’t scroll, you can use press command and - to help zoom out and command + to help zoom in
