As per the MCP specification for tool discovery and pagination:

ChatGPT should support pagination when retrieving tools from an MCP server. The current behaviour appears to be that only the first page of tools is returned, with subsequent pages not being requested.
This does not comply with the MCP specification and significantly limits the usefulness of ChatGPT apps that expose a large number of tools through MCP.
Could you please provide an update on whether this issue is being addressed and, if so, an estimated timeline for a fix?
