I’ve already posted about this in another thread called “Advanced voice mode inferior to Legacy mode”, but I’m adding it here for further confirmation and visibility because this issue is driving me nuts.
Here’s the situation:

My current ChatGPT version is 1.2025.007, and I’m using it on Android.

I’ve linked two video recordings in that thread showing exactly what happens when I try switching back to the original voice mode. No matter what I do, advanced voice mode keeps coming up.

There’s been no downtime or platform issues reported for ChatGPT today, which makes this even more confusing.
I’ve already done everything—clearing cache, clearing data, reinstalling the app, starting fresh. Nothing works. The advanced voice mode is stuck, and it’s infuriating.
This is absolute garbage. I’m frustrated because this kind of basic functionality shouldn’t be broken on a platform like this. If anyone else is having the same issue, please confirm here. And OpenAI, if there’s an actual fix for this, I’d like to know ASAP.
