For some reason, when signing up for Sora, it’ll give me an unknown error each time I try to put in my birthdate. The date format also doesn’t matter because I’ve tried every single one.

Hello, I’m having the same issue: it loops on the date of birth request, tells me I already have an account and that I need to log in with every attempt.
I’ve tried multiple devices but without success.

Same here. I wish someone who worked on Sora would fix this issue, because (no pun intended) it’s starting to bug me.
I solved the problem by downloading the Sora Android app. I added my date of birth through the app, and after that, I was no longer asked for my date of birth.
