I need to contact some one in billing to find out about a charge on my bosses credit card. I’ve tried numerous ways to contact you guys.
the support@openai.com. The response email from that address stated - “this email does not offer support”.
I’ve tried the chat bot which just goes in circles.
I need to figure the monthly fee to his credit card.
Is there a possibility to get a real email address of someone who works in billing?
