Billing fluctuations / Erroneous Recharge

I’m seeing significant fluctuations in my billing over the past 72 hours, specifically:

  • Usage / billing getting out of sync
  • Calculated costs fluctuating significantly
  • Auto-refill triggering despite having a balance well above the recharge level.

Overall, the billing history get confusing (credits vs spends) but these changes seems to be errors, particularly the + / - 50% change in charges.

I have a similar problem. In my two independent personal accounts there is a strange, very large amount in my account. There are no such write-offs from cards and cannot be (the threshold is different). For September in my personal account Usage is almost equal to 0, which a priori cannot be
