Title: Unable to Reduce ChatGPT Business Seats Back to 2 (Stuck at 3 Seats)
I’m experiencing a billing/seat management issue with ChatGPT Business.
Current situation:

Workspace currently has only 1 active user (myself)

No pending invites
-
No extra active members attached
However, the billing page is still locked at 3 seats.
Problem details:

The minus button is disabled/grayed out

If I manually change the seat count from 3 to 2, it automatically snaps back to 3

The issue persists across browsers/devices

I already waited before the billing cycle cutoff window
This appears to be a baseline seat synchronization or backend migration issue after the Team → Business transition.
Because of this issue, I was charged for an additional seat that I could not remove myself.
I would like to request:

Manual reset of the baseline seat count back to 2

Refund or billing credit for the unintended extra seat charges
Also, could someone clarify the correct process for reducing seats in ChatGPT Business?
