Hello. Yesterday, around 5:00 PM KST, I completed organizational verification for gpt-5. I used my face and passport in Persona to authenticate, but it didn’t work properly. Also, yesterday, I received a $5 payment from OpenAI of unknown origin. Can you verify the source of this payment and request a receipt?

When you add a card, it is authorized for $5 to test it.
