I am loving ChatGPT, but having to create several steps to keep things organized. One, I always have to create a complementary file in Apple Notes where there is a great file and folder system. I think out my prompts ahead of time, and list small edits to make there so that the documents don’t get to long with each rewrite. Second, I keep a file tree in Mindmanager where I can paste the link from CGPT in for easy access, as well as a link to the Word doc I use for a final version for publishing. I paste those into Speechify so I can listen, and then create a link to that file. If the app included an easy leap to an editing doc, and an audible version it would really increase productivity.
