Being billed for GPT-4 but no access


I have been subscribed to GPT-4 since late last year. Card is still current and I was just billed my monthly $20 earlier today, but when I login it states my accounts current plan is the Free one.

I go to “manage subscriptions” and it literally shows I still have the Plus plan subscription and I have been regularly getting billed each month without issue.

What is the best way to fix this? I tried emailing support but no luck. I am ready to just file a chargeback with my CC for the last two months.
