Hello,

i creat new account in OPENAi and when i want to generate a api key they ask me to verification my phne number , so i put my phone number and im sure 100% this phone number dosent created api key ever so they popup me a message that " Because the phone number is associated with an existing account, you will not receive additional free API credits."
so can i know what is the problem ?

Is it a new phone? Maybe previous owner used it?

I don’t believe OpenAI is giving out free credits anymore, anyway.

I’m pretty sure I got the same message when I tried to create an API key, but I don’t recall signing up for OpenAI’s API stuff. I don’t have the screenshot. :frowning:
