While signed in to the same ChatGPT account you use for Codex, please open https://chatgpt.com/codex/settings/usage and look for “Full reset.” Bulk banked resets are added to eligible accounts and can take up to 24 hours after an announcement to appear.  After that period, the Usage page reflects the resets available to the account based on its eligibility when the campaign was evaluated.
