I was able to upload a Word doc, but now it says attachments disable how to fix the problem. Now it will not let me attach anything and I am tired of copy an dpaste

I have the same issue, seems to be greyed out

This seems to be a common issue at the moment. Frustrating as cannot get any traction with the support team

i have same issue i try to upload pdf is not working but i try on my iphone it working just not on my computer.

I have same issue, just manage to find out solution from other community.
Just shift the current model to “GST-4o”, you will then can upload the attachment, hope this is help

how do you “shift” the current model? I checked my settings and updates are “on for everyone”.
This is a bug for sure. The “Attachments disabled for” and the sentence not being completed is a give away this is not correct. This should be a test case automated on staging and should not have been disabled/broken on prod. Hopefully CS is reading this and telling developers about the bug. The same thing happens for search. I was able to upload an attachment on my ios app. seems to be a browser only issue. In Chrome/Mac for me.
I tried this and shifting to 4 and it did not change anything for me. Still a bug.
I am having the same issue, which led me to this community and my first post. This is frustrating.
^ That didn’t fix it for me. Also, I’ve been defaulted to 4.0 and it should not have reverted my experience to the previous one. Either way there are bugs from something being released within the last few days. The UI abruptly ending without saying why someone should not be able to upload or the + sign showing when it is not allowed is bad UI. QA should have caught this or devs pushing code without QA signing off should have automated unit tests for this. Bad UX.
