I created a customer service assistant on my website.
Since the website has products for sale, which may have price changes every day, I wanted to find a way to provide the assistant with updated prices. Something in the prompt like: “If the user requests prices, use the information that getPrices script returns”.
I would like this to only happen if prices are mentioned, because many interactions do not mention this type of information.
Someone can give any clue?
