Hey guys,
I uploaded a document (*.md, 42kb) as a reference (Retrieval feature). When I ask a simple question, I permanently get an error “Run failed - We’re currently processing too many requests - please try again later.”

Tier-1, current usage is 82 requests a day and 164k tokens, around 1 message per 5 minutes. Prepaid credits.
What can cause the issue? Just a bug caused by overload of the OpenAI servers?

Same problem for me. Any solutions yet?
The OpenAI support was no help. They told me I had exhausted my usage and closed my ticket. I haven’t even used it. It also wouldn’t let me register my billing information, said too many requests.

Got suggestions from the support:
* Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies
* Disable VPN (If you are using one)
* Use an incognito browser or a different internet browser/computer to see if the issue still persists, as a security add-on or extension can occasionally cause this type of error.
* Disable cookie blockers
* Try connecting to another network
I’m not sure if they even read the ticket😂

Experiencing the same on Usage Tier 3. Any assistant I create via the playground repeatedly fails when I press ‘Add and Run’ with the above stated error message.

Did any of the above suggestions work for you? Or do you reckon this was just a generic reply.

I think it is related to performance of their servers (which are heavily overloaded now).
Works fine for me via the API - seems the Playground just isn’t working great

Yeah, they announced “Periodic outages across ChatGPT and API”. So, I hope they will solve the issue soon.
