I keep getting the error “Error streaming run: Failed to fetch”, when trying to attach a file to a message in the playground environment. I also got the same issue yesterday.
I am also have the same issue for the last week. I have tried it on different computers, wifi networks, browsers (safari, chrome), and it is continued.
