[ASAP] How can I Increase OpenAI API Limit?

  1. I paid $110.00 for credit at March 4th, so I expected tier 3, but currently my limit is tier 1.
    I want to know why, and how to fix it. I will really appriciate to any help or suggestion.

  2. I was running a service that was powered by the chatGPT API, but it got stuck because of the token limit. Is there any way to increase the number of tiers? I am developing an edtech service based on the chatgpt API, and since up to 500 concurrent users can connect, I would like to obtain tier 5. I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to contact OpenAI.
