Are custom GPTS accessible in external projects

I am planning on making a custom GPT using chat-GPT4’s create option. I was just wondering if there is any possible way to export the GPT, or integrate it in an external website or project.

GPTs are for use inside of the ChatGPT website only, you can look at assistants for a programmatic version that can be included on your own sites.

Thanks! Are there any requirements to use assistants, like do I need to have GPT4, or have put money into my account?
