I’m a plus user, and I get an error right when loading the chat:
Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Also, I wish there was efficient customer support for PAYING users. The support chat is really dysfunctional, and the support email is completely not responsive.

The service has been horrid the last couple of days - Multiple projects stranded, unavailability even through the links

Yeah and that Chat Bot Help Desk… sigh - Super frustrating. On the plus side 
I have installed LLAMA ALPACA and will be playing with generative Text AI on my home computer. Also looking at other interesting tools with memory retention capabilities… I really hope OpenAI start getting their act together fast!
