I’m a plus user, and I get an error right when loading the chat:

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Also, I wish there was efficient customer support for PAYING users. The support chat is really dysfunctional, and the support email is completely not responsive.

Yeah and that Chat Bot Help Desk… sigh - Super frustrating. On the plus side 
I have installed LLAMA ALPACA and will be playing with generative Text AI on my home computer. Also looking at other interesting tools with memory retention capabilities… I really hope OpenAI start getting their act together fast!
Yes, am experiencing the same on my chrome. looks like openai support team is so weak, even for paid users. weird!

On chrome: cleared cookies, tried to login again but above error was thrown. I’m plus user.
I’m experiencing this in both Edge and Chrome. Support have not replied with a solution and the chat bug report seems to not report back to you.
Has anyone found a solution?
Were you able to fix this? Me too facing the same issue being a paid user. Tried clearing cache, all history etc. still persists.
