I saw that the api used in ChatGPT is different from the ones that are provided in the documentions.

I am currently using this api and the following is the way that I am calling the API but not getting the desired response. Is there a way to call the API used by the chatGPT bot.

It’s because the ChatGPT API isn’t generally available to the users.

At the time of this post, there is no current official ChatGPT API. Usage of non-official ChatGPT API’s is a violation of our Terms of Service and a disservice to all other developers playing by the rules. We are however, working on the ChatGPT API, we encourage you to join the waitlist. In the meantime, check out the Completions API which can do very similar tasks to what ChatGPT does. When the official API becomes available, we will update you in this thread and elsewhere.
