API to use chatGPT with GPT-4

I would like to use API to access chatGPT-4.

1. I’m currently on waitlist. Is there any way to promote it and get access to gpt4?
2. Once we’ve access to gpt-4 how we can access the gpt plugins through an API?

1. No, you just need to wait.
2. You can’t. Plugins are for ChatGPT only. If you’re building an app with the API, the expectation is you’d build whatever functionally you’d want into it.
