Hello, we are developing customer support app using openAI API. Users will be based in Europe so we must comply with GDPR. Maybe anyone knows how to get EU endpoints enabled for projects? Because even we signed the DPA, we cannot see in the projects section ability to enable EU endpoint. And once calling EU endpoint we get errors.
We have the same issue; we contacted support numerous times and we have had no luck.
