API giving error since 2nd Oct

I have been getting API errors since 2nd Oct when their system had issues. It does not seem to have been resolved and our production system has been down for days now.
I was getting 429 error, but now I am getting error
BadRequestError: 400 Billing hard limit has been reached

This is incorrect because my Oct spend has been 0.07, I also increased billing limit to get past this, but no matter what I do, I continue to get this error. Also I have balance in account, so nothing wrong from my side.

It seems I am not alone in this.
Can someone please look into these API errors?

Ok I got it to work. For everyone’s info, this is what I did

  1. Under settings → organization → Limits increased monthly budget
  2. Under settings → project → Limits, increased limit

Now my api starts to work. Looks like whatever openai did, the project and org limits got set to max. So increasing those limits gets api working.
I will reduce the limits back down at the start of next month, when I am suspecting their system will auto reset monthly limit to 0
