A concern here is that it has taken two days to resolve. An important point to consider for a an enterprise class service. Unless we say that applications using this API can’t be supported with standard enterprise level SLAs. Any thoughts in the community.
Agree. Many companies lost a lot of money and customers, they were resolving actually 3 days, cause I wrote a day later , thinking that its a small bug that is supposed to be known and fixed in hours

I just want to note that the assistants API is still in beta, so it’s expected that the solution is not fully production ready.
