I’m seeking guidance regarding Case #05071450.
Our API account was deactivated while attempting to complete identity verification for publishing in the ChatGPT ecosystem. The verification required live camera capture of my driver’s license, which I could not complete at that moment due to hardware limitations. The account was deactivated shortly after.
I have followed up multiple times since Dec 29 and was informed on Jan 28 that the case would be escalated, but I have not received further updates.
We have submitted ABN and ID documents. The account also contains prepaid funds.
Would appreciate guidance on how to proceed.
