My internet connection, as well as the loading and responses of the ChatGPT webpage, are all normal, but GPT-4o refuses to provide internet information search (even when I explicitly request it). Does anyone currently encounter or know what causes this?
Same for me. Also it is not able to read any uploaded document etc
It should be a bug in the system. After clicking on the avatar - settings - security - log out of all devices, and logging back in, everything returns to normal.
