Anyone had a user kicked for suspicious activity around plugin usage?

I just got a call from one of our pro users who upgraded today and then was apparently banned due to something related to his usage.

Has anyone come across this with a user before? There’s a chance it was weird timing but figured I’d ask to see.


Assume coincidence for now, it is unlikely that a user upgrading on one of your plans is related to API/ChatGPT abuse.

Could it be a misunderstanding miscommunication on the part of the customer and the issue is related to,

Yeah I think this may have been it.

Identifying issues isn’t super smooth with plugins. Trying to find some solid solutions to identify user errors / platform outages / issues with the plugin.
