I am having some serious lag. It could take several minutes to get a response on 4o for me now. Nothing that would require any slow down, thinking, etc. Typical chat sticks in the middle of a sentence? Anyone else having serious lag in responses?
Some instances the page goes completely blank and I get a ‘exit page or wait’ popup in the browser. Refresh comes back to a blank page until it kicks back in.

I’ve noticed similar lags on 4o in recent days.
A few points that might help narrow down the cause:
Are you experiencing this during peak usage times or consistently throughout the day?
Does it happen more on desktop browser or app?
Have you tried clearing cache or using an incognito window to check for UI script issues?
It could be load balancing issues on OpenAI’s end or memory buildup in the client-side rendering.

I have been having problems but I put it down to a change in model for the chat to 4o. This is an extemely long chat too, which also seems to have an effect. Do you have a similar situation?
