Android App not allowing file uploads

I am a Teams user and I have ChatGPT on my Android and on my PC. For several days, I have been unable to upload images using my phone. It either tells me that I have hit my file upload limit, or just a non-specified error. However, I am able to upload files with my PC just fine. I have not hit my file limit considering I haven’t uploaded anything for a few days. The other person on our Teams account is not having an issue.

The problem is isolated to my phone. Troubleshooting steps:

  1. cleared app cache
  2. logged out and back in
  3. uninstalled and re-installed the app
  4. Ensured I’m on the latest version of the app (1.2025.028)

Apparently this has been going on for a while. Someone else made a similar post 17 days ago and support replied and said that it had been fixed. This issue is not resolved.

Is there an ETA on it? I need to be able to upload the files with my Android. If this continues much longer I will have no option but to try to find a different solution.

Same here. Been over a month and every file or image uploaded on my Pixel to my team account profile has said “hmm something seems to have gone wrong”
