An error occurred loading this GPT

Hi guys, when selecting custom GPTs, on the free plan, I’ve been getting “An error occurred loading this GPT” and other errors for two days now.

Does anyone know what it is, I just like one GPTs.

I am also receiving this error. I have a pro subscription. Cleared my cache as well.

Has support gotten back to you? I haven’t heard back yet,

We have to tell them together.

Did you clear the cache and the error disappeared?

I have the same problem on multiple browsers on multiple devices. Free plan. Since yesterday or the day before. I tried clearing cache and storage on two. Failed on both. Still stuck with this problem.

the solution is to clear the cache…

Clearing the cache does not solve the problem. I have a Pro account, cleared the cache, and the issue still persists. GPT models cannot be loaded.

Do you have Pro version, and also this?

When you look at other people’s GPTs, you get an error, I see.

but when you select your own GPTs, there is no error ?

Correct. I can load my own GPT engines I created but not others. I’ve also tried using my Mi-Fi to change the IP address, but the problem persists. Clearing the cache doesn’t fix the problem. Have also used Safari, Chrome and Firefox browsers.

What did work was installing the GPT app on my Mac. I’m able to use the specialized engines via the app but still not through the browser.

Same issue happens to me, It can not be the cache as I tried logging on two different devices, did you problem was resolved?

This problem is not with us, it’s with OpenAI.
Why do I think so?
because it’s not my problem, it’s all of ours.

We have to write OpenAI, the more we write, the faster it will be solved.

The problem remains, the same error today. “An error occurred loading this GPT”

Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.
