Allow users to check their usage Vs quotas

I was cut off today for reaching my limit. This currently happens without any warning, which can be inconvenient. It seems to happened more when I’m doing GPT development.

Recommendations:

  1. Allow users to check their limit and the cap limit in the settings.
  2. Notify the user in a prompt response when they reach 80% of their entitlement.
  3. If a GPT involves a lot of processing, perhaps that should be listed against the GPT especially if the user paying for the account doesn’t have visibility of how much processing is involved.
