I use two Google accounts every day — for example, personal and work — and I’d like to connect both of them to the same ChatGPT account.
Right now, I can only connect one Google account at a time for Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, etc.
It would be extremely useful if ChatGPT could support multiple Google accounts simultaneously, with the ability to:
-
choose which account to use in a prompt;
-
search across both Gmail accounts or both Drives;
-
check availability across multiple calendars;
-
clearly show which account a result comes from.
Examples:
“Check both of my calendars and find a free slot tomorrow.”
“Search both of my Drives for the latest version of this document.”
“Find the email in either my personal or work Gmail.”
This would make ChatGPT much more useful as a central assistant for people who use separate personal and professional Google accounts.
Ideally, users could simply go to Settings → Apps → Google → Add another account and keep both accounts connected.
